It looks like that the developer of this great soft is not update it anymore.
I also want to do more with it. I’ve read somewhere that it is possible to do something with node-red, but I have still to figured out how to do it.

I am running a second Linux server for the homebridge but I get errors. Will try it again with node v4.0.0 and with the plugin of you.

What version did you use for node? I get always a error and when I look at your json file I see that Logocontrol and homebridge are running on the same pi. Is that correct? Maybe that causes the crashes sometimes. Did you also load a plugin for logocontrol?

Have you installed the homebridge on the same server as logocontrol?
If yes maybe this could be causes the error. I am setting up a server now for homebridge and will test this.

Hello, you don’t need apache to let LogoControl running on a linux server.
Just install for example ubuntu server 32bit version and follow the install notes for installing on RPi.
After that copy libnodave.so to Logocontrol and delete the arm version. In logocontrol.exe.conf change the

<dllmap dll="libnodave.dll" target="libnodave-arm.so" />' to libnodave.so.

Then do a start.sh and everything should work.
if you use another username then pi make also following changes in init.sh before installing

Change /home/pi/LogoControl/start.sh –> /home/your username/LogoControl/start.sh and also every place where you see pi.
It is much easier to create a pi user in linux then these lines are not needed.

All problems solved and Logocontrol runs fine in a 32bit ubuntu vm on Esxi 6.5.
Will first test if it also works on a 64bit ubuntu vm. Then I will post a howto for this.

I have still a problem. It is running with the standard config.xml but when I replace the config.xml with the one I already have it does not start anymore. When I try to change something in the config.xml i get following error:

I have it since today running on a 32bit Linux VM (esxi server).
It runs fine, just when a put something new in it then it does not restart.
I have to restart the complete server. Maybe there is a solution for this?
I will also post later how I have configured the server to run Logocontrol on it.
